In a previous post, we discussed the expansion of Rahi’s global footprint into the Philippines market. Rahi’s office in Manila is growing rapidly, providing a full range of technology solutions and services for companies in the Philippines.
The Rahi A/V team has extensive experience in the design and implementation of voice and video conferencing, collaboration, digital signage, and related solutions. Rahi is known for developing solutions that are easy to operate and provide a high-quality user experience. Our global reach enables us to deliver standardized solutions across the extended enterprise, while our managed services capabilities allow us to monitor, maintain and support these solutions worldwide.
Recently, Rahi was selected by a global cryptocurrency exchange company for its audiovisual and wireless network implementation.
Rahi’s A/V team advised the customer on the design of three small conference rooms and one larger conference room. The cryptocurrency exchange company chose Google video conferencing and collaboration services, and Aruba wireless networking. The Rahi team implemented the A/V equipment and integrated Google conference and collaboration technologies.
Our A/V team works closely with our networking experts. Most A/V equipment today is connected to the data network, both for ease of access by users and connectivity with cloud-based services. Network connectivity also gives IT visibility into A/V systems, simplifying maintenance and administration.
However, getting the network right can be tricky, particularly when A/V equipment and users are connecting wirelessly. The Wi-Fi network must have the coverage and capacity to support growing numbers of devices and ever-increasing amounts of data, and provide the bandwidth and performance to support latency-sensitive applications.
The customer had selected Aruba wireless equipment for its network. The Rahi team surveyed the customer’s facility and determined the best placement for the Aruba access points (APs). Rahi also installed the Aruba 9012 gateway, which unifies the customer’s LAN, wireless LAN, WAN, and security in one compact, cost-efficient device.
Aruba 9000 Series gateways are ideal for branch and small campus networks, providing high levels of performance and security with software-defined branch functionality, allowing organizations to consolidate multiple network and security functions. Easily configured and managed using the Aruba Central cloud-based platform, the Aruba 9000 Series gateways enable streamlined administration and consistent policy enforcement.
In addition to A/V and networking solutions, Rahi’s Philippines team has completed several data center infrastructure projects, including buildouts for hyperscale cloud providers. Our Center of Excellence brings unmatched knowledge and experience to the Philippines, with the ability to build out data centers that meet the exacting standards of our enterprise customers. We also help organizations design their data centers and develop their IT strategies through our consulting and assessment services.
Rahi’s Network Operations Center (NOC) and Technical Assistance Center (TAC) are available 24×7 to provide support to our Philippines customers and likewise Rahi’s global clientele. Rahi also has the logistics expertise to assist with the procurements and import of enterprise-class technology solutions.
The Philippines is a dynamic market, with organizations worldwide opening and expanding offices and data centers in the country. Rahi is proud to have a local presence with highly experienced professionals to assist these customers with A/V, networking, and data center solutions.
