Rahi Partners with Q-SYS to Deliver Managed Services for A/V Equipment

Rahi now offers the Q-SYS cloud-manageable A/V control platform as a managed service to customers in Singapore.

Conferencing and collaboration technologies are now mission-critical components of the IT environment. Rahi is helping customers in Southeast Asia manage them effectively through its partnership with Q-SYS in Singapore. Rahi now offers a managed service for the Q-SYS cloud-manageable audio, video, and control Platform. With Q-SYS Reflect Enterprise Manager we can securely connect to a Q-SYS Core processor and interface with any native Q-SYS products as well as connected third-party meeting room technology or A/V components. . Additionally, Q-SYS Cores have an SNMP interface, and the cloud-managed platform has a restful API that enables integration with other IT services management platforms.

The Q-SYS solution allows the Rahi team to monitor, control, and troubleshoot A/V components remotely across the extended enterprise from a single interface. Administrators can also make programming and firmware updates through the cloud platform.

Benefits of Managed Services

Most customers utilize the Q-SYS Platform through a managed services provider such as Rahi, although it can also be purchased directly from Q-SYS. By working with Rahi, customers gain access to the expertise needed to maintain and troubleshoot their A/V equipment, speeding problem resolution and relieving in-house IT teams of the administrative burden.

This is a real boon for organizations utilizing conferencing and collaboration platforms to support remote and hybrid work models. The Rahi Singapore team has completed the training required to resell Q-SYS products and has become one of a few Q-SYS managed services partners.

Rahi’s A/V team designs, implements and supports unified communications and collaboration solutions, as well as meeting and event spaces and digital signage.
