Rahi Partners with Q-SYS to Deliver Managed Services for A/V Equipment

Rahi now offers a managed service for the Q-SYS cloud-manageable audio, video, and control Platform. With Q-SYS Reflect Enterprise Manager we can securely connect to a Q-SYS Core processor and interface with any native Q-SYS products as well as connected third-party meeting room technology or A/V components. . Additionally, Q-SYS Cores have an SNMP interface, and the cloud-managed platform has a restful API that enables integration with other IT services management platforms.

The Q-SYS solution allows the Rahi team to monitor, control, and troubleshoot A/V components remotely across the extended enterprise from a single interface. Administrators can also make programming and firmware updates through the cloud platform.
